    Dear AWTC 2015 Secretariat,

    We noticed that in the form you sent us a few days ago, some of our tour choices are marked “no tour” when we had actually included our choice of tour when we filled up our registration form. Some of the teachers in our school got the tour they had chosen, while the rest of us did not.

    Could you please let us know what we need to do next? If the AWTC tours are already full, does this mean we will have to arrrange for our own tour?

    We are very sorry that all the optional tours became full. As we mentioned in the email to you, we hope to prepare the written direction to some places you could go on your own (e.g. shopping in nearby town of Hachioji, Mt. Takao hiking.)
